Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Booking and payment. To book, contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or our contact form. We confirm availability, your final price and pickup details before you pay. Payment is made through a secure PayPal link we send you [or in cash on the day of the tour]. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment and send you a confirmation message.

Cancellations by you. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of your tour, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, and no-shows, are not refundable. Please cancel in writing by WhatsApp (+52 624 129 7976) or email (info@jbcabotours.com). All times are Los Cabos local time.

Changes. You can change your tour date for free up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability.

Cancellations by JB Cabo Tours. If we have to cancel because of weather, a port closure ordered by the Port Captain, or other reasons beyond our control, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

Cruise passengers. If your ship does not arrive in Cabo San Lucas, or passengers are not allowed to go ashore, you will receive a full refund.

Late arrivals. We wait up to [15] minutes at the meeting point. After that, the booking counts as a no-show.

Wildlife. Whale sightings and other wildlife encounters depend on nature and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds. Refunds are sent to the same PayPal account used for payment within [5] business days.
